Janice Benggio – B2B Instructor / Counselor - has more than 30 years experience in various businesses, with a concentration in legal and medical fields, for both private and public entities. She was also co-owner of an avionics service, overseeing the administrative side of that business. Her brief stint in the U.S. Army Reserve provided key foundational skills, although a service-connected disability cut her military career short. She has an Associate’s Degree in Law Enforcement, a Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, and an MBA Degree in Healthcare Management. She is currently a corporate director for one of the country’s largest non-proft, public healthcare systems, overseeing physician and allied staff credentialing. In addition to this role, she also has a consulting service and assists the Florida Veterans Business Outreach Center with events in South Florida. Janice is experienced in leading teams and directing projects, while maintaining several professional certifications: FACHE (Board Certified as a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives), PMP (Project Management Professional), CPMSM (Certified Professional Medical Staff Manager), CPCS (Certified Professional Credentialing Specialist), and CPHRM (Certified Professional Healthcare Risk Manager). She is an active member of several professional organizations and also helps support cat rescue organizations with a passion for the betterment of community cats through TNR efforts. Janice shares her time between the Fort Lauderdale-Miami and the Panama City areas of Florida and enjoys visiting with her family and friends and attending live music events as much as possible.
